We’ve got exciting new spirit wear for you to show off this year! Your choices include a green
tie dye t-shirt, a green sweatshirt with a new logo or grey sweat shorts with Carder Elementary printed on one leg. You can
check out the new t-shirt and sweatshirt samples in the school’s lobby.
Orders will be taken until October 15th. NO LATE ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED, so get your order in TODAY!! Parents,
please note the following: - Complete and detach the following form.
- Indicate the quantity of each item
ordered in the appropriate box.
- If ordering a tie dye shirt, due to shrinkage in the dye process please order ONE
SIZE UP.
- Make checks payable to Carder PTA. Please DO NOT staple cash or checks to order form. Indicate form of payment
by checking the appropriate box.
- Return the form to your child’s teacher no later than October 15th.
- Note
that 5th grade t-shirts will be sold separately at a later time.
